The moment is today where I begin my Journey of pure truth and nothing but the truth. I am going to discuss the White Women of Rochester NY. And their self entitlement to things that surround them. I am beginning to noticed how men act the same way but the women are the worst. For example if you're driving in your lane onto the highway to merge and traffic is no where near you all of a sudden a car up ahead is zooming and decided randomly to just switch in the lane you needed to get over ...and when you finally get in you see the lady driving, typical fake blonde with petite shape nose in the air just driving like her Daddy owns the highways of Monroe County. Then you see her switch back over to the lane she was in originally. No reason for Miss Rebecca Lily to do such a move in the first place. But she feels she is entitled to do this. People like her are here in Rochester and will always remain. They don't want to blend in with society and make room for other races to make things happen. It is an obsession of purity they think in their minds this is their world.
What about how things are run here in Rochester.
Emergency Housing
Ok, for example if someone is homeless and disabled the Government requires the person to be helped. The rules apply to the whole New York State, so a person heads to a shelter for assistance and is given a bed and three meals a day along with DHS to help provide housing and proper plans on helping the person get permanent housing. Well guess what? This is how Social Services does things
1. On the 1st of every month (if you receive disability) you are kicked out of the shelter.
2. No treatment plans or DHS is providing you with a program to help you manage your rent.
3. People in Domestic Violence situations are forced back to their abusers if they have SSI.
And if you don't answer to the staff the way they want they can kick you out for whatever reason.
That's what happened to me five years ago. But I fought back. I went to my computer looked for managers anyone who was in charge of emergency housing and next thing I know the "red block" that sanctions persons with disabilities was removed and I was placed in housing. And I was eligible for 30% income because I was legally disabled. But somehow Rochester thinks they're exempt from following the law.
Apartments that are inhumane to live in
When you come into the city of Rochester most apartments are damaged, roaches or plain destroyed Ceilings caving in, roaches everywhere, holes in the ceiling, and the walls. I've seen it all. And these places can charge $450.00 a month to live in! I'm not kidding. When my husband and I split up I needed a place quick and so I paid $450.00 to move into this apartment. The landlord straight up lied and said he was going to fix the ceiling and the dishwasher. Never happened, what did happen after month of moving in, The ceiling caved in. I was horrified. I ran out of there left my stuff and moved in with my boyfriends family out in the suburbs.
College Admissions barrier
When I applied for College I had taken a ABT testing that is for persons with a disability. And with that test I can still come to College but begin a college course at a lower level than some other students. Only one course I needed in that department and that was Math. So I legally was allowed to take the test with a calculator. Well, I passed the test in 2010 and I decided to wait coming to school so I can have a good place to live and be able to focus on my studies. I was told the test was good for life. (it was) However, when I went to apply of 2011 this woman named Amy decided I wasn't qualified because Obama passed a law that says persons with ABT testing will not be funded by student aid and you'll need to pay your own way as of July 1, 2011. This was only February 2011.
I was eligible for Summer courses and I would be all set. But Amy said, "No. Sorry you'll need to take the test again." I knew she was trying to prevent me from going to school. Any opportunity for a disabled negro to be denied schooling, this was Amy's chance. When you first step into miss Amy's office her room is a pink color, her desk is covered with anglosaxon memorabilia and her blond kids and blond husband. No lie. So you knew she was one of those types. She had a fake smile across her face and her blue eyes were cold and distant. I knew she was here to belittle me and try to get me to feel horrible and run off and never come here asking for admission to a stupid Community College.
So when she told me on the phone before our interview how I needed to take the test again. I explained, if I take this test again I would not be eligible for financial assistance. She tried to lie and say, "it's up to the financial aid office" I was sure she was trying to get me to take it again so when I try to come into the school the state would say, No can do. Now I hung up with her after she said, "let me speak to my supervisor about letting you in." and I knew in her voice she was lying. So I waited. No more than 15 minutes she calls with that condescending over tone, "No, sorry you will have to take it again."
I hung up on her and cried. I was so angry. I had to get answers, this couldn't be legal. So I decided who was to know about College rights better than Department Of Ed? I called them for at least an hour I spoke with the kind lady on the phone I cried and she looked at my paperwork (THe ABT test) and said, this test is good for life. Because this wasn't an accuplacer test, where you take it whenever you need admissions.
This was a test verifying to the state of new york that I was eligible to receive a degree. I was so happy to hear this, so I said I need some proof to bring to lily Amy. she said, Ok go on chat someone will show me my rights and I was grandfathered in for receiving Financial Aid. I did all of this! I was so happy I was sure Lily Amy wasn't going ot back down on this one.
So I emailed her and surprise she wanted a visit. So here I was in her office waiting as she looked over the transcripts from FASFA and Student Aid. She said, oh if we admit you we could be fined and blah blah. I told her, ok let's call the US dept. of education. You should've seen her face, she knew I wasn't stupid. So she said, "I'll call you and let you know." She did the same thing as before. She said, "no."
So at my last will, I contacted the head of Admissions and sent all the transcripts via email. And told him how Lily Amy wasn't giving into my rights. He quickly sent one sentence
"You are now a matriculated student at MCC. Take a math course and glad to have you."
My jaw hit the floor. I was ecstatic I had won my rights!! I kept thinking how many people with disabilities in Monroe county were treated this way? And were believing little Amy lily bitch? So to my happiness I gloated as I emailed Amy lily and said, "Thank you for my admissions, it was a pleasure to have met you." Assumingly she was fuming and said, "make sure you take a math course."That was all she said. HA. I see her from time to time in the hallway and she acts as if she doesn't remember who I am. Yeah, right. How can you forget someone you racially mistreated? And the person won? ha.
These are the things I've dealt with. It's more than what is being said here but I don't want to go into more detail maybe next time.
Section 8, Shelter plus regulations not regulated in Monroe County
Section 8 is a program for people who have low income. Shelter Plus is for people with low income and disabilities. Well I was told shelter plus cannot be transferred to other counties or states. I was willing to accept anything at the time to help me. So I took the program. And then I emailed HUD for Buffalo, NY. And they never returned my call after two conversations. I spoke to a woman, Margaret. She seemed respectful and kind. until she avoided my calls and emails. I became frustrated. So I went to the head of HUD chairperson. And she was kind and a strong woman, I am not going to mention her name. She put me on a list to receive Section 8! I didn't know until I got the letter from my local HUD office. So now I can transfer to any state I want. I worked hard to fight for my rights as a legal disabled person. And I also found out you can move to another state with Shelter plus upon discretion of the local housing authority.
The problem with Monroe County is, no one knows what to do. A lot of these case workers for places like Housing Authority, Volunteers of America, Salvation Army they are just small time people just doing paper work and admitting people into programs. And they don't know the codes and legal rights of persons with disabilities. They assume the word, NO is the correct answer. This county should be called, MonroNO county. The education graduation is at its lowest. more and more people are dropping out especially African American and Latino and not continuing the Education.
So the Willie Lynch rules are still applying to negroes. But some of us cannot be broken. :-)
I wanted to move to Connecticut. But like I said before I want to move to Florida. I am going to most likely, but the fear of Brown Recluse and Black Widow spiders is what gets me freaking out. So I am going to prepare myself and make sure I have a good place to live in and does not have infestations, if I do see brown recluses I will set traps and buy bug sprays and kill them instantly.
My ex is moving to Florida...oh boy. She is my black Widow, so beautiful, so toxic.
